This notice applies when a parent or guardian submits an admission application or related documents to Lavington United Church Academy.

Access is limited to authorised school personnel who need the information for admissions or related school administration. Technical providers may process limited data where necessary to host, secure, back up or transmit the application.

Application documents

Documents uploaded through the admission form are stored in the website's protected application storage and are not intended to be publicly accessible. Please upload only documents requested or relevant to the application.

Retention

Application records are retained only for the period reasonably required for admissions administration, school record obligations, safeguarding, legal requirements and legitimate operational needs. Retention periods may differ depending on whether an applicant enrols.

Your choices and rights

You may contact the Academy to ask about admission information held about you or your child, request correction of inaccurate information, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights are subject to Kenyan data protection law and any lawful school record-keeping obligations.

Consent and authority

By submitting information about a child, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian or otherwise authorised to provide that information for the admission process.
